Keep tabbing until you get to the total buffers box, set this to 100. With that open, you need to set the first combo box to line 1, it's important you don't set it to line 2, or you will hear your mike as well as everything else you want to hear Now, tab to the second box and set it to your defaust sound output device. Now to hear what line 1 is hearing you will need to fire up audio repeater ME from Virtual Audio Control Pannel. The reason I say that is because your JAWS and whatever else you wish to record will be set to play through line 1 which in turn is set to play through line 2 which your default mike is set to here. You now want to set up your favourite recording app to record from line 2 which you have configured to listen to everything. Now we find line 1 in the list of recording devices and also set it's listen to line 2. Tab to the listen through box and set it to line 2. Tab to the listen page and check listen to this device. Find your default recording device and go into its properties. Now go into your sound settings and find the recording devices tab. To do this, go into the virtual audio control panel, tab around until you see an edit field specifying the number of cables.
